Christopher Runnells

, President / Artisitc Director

As Artistic Director of ISD, Chris Runnells manages all aspects of design and operations. Chris has over 17 years experience in lighting and scenic design for broadcast television, corporate production, and theatre.

Chris is known throughout the entertainment industry for his attention to detail, from engineering and scenic construction to lighting and graphic design. With almost 20 years of CADD experience, Chris has the proven ability to take his client's visions and make them a reality.

Justin Garrone

, Associate Artistic Director


A New Yorker at heart, Justin Garrone graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida with a BA degree in Theatre Arts and an emphasis in theatrical lighting design. Justin joined ISD in 2005 as the Associate Artistic Director - responsible for all aspects of show development, with a focus on lighting designs.

Justin's palettes include conventional instrumentation, automated lighting fixtures, LED fixtures, fiber optic lighting, and digital media servers. Justin uses these to paint his canvases for television, theatre, and dance. You'll find Justin's designs on a variety of networks, including: ABC, CBS, NBC, ESPN, FOX, and GSN.

Nate Mitchell

, Graphic Supervisor

Nathanael, aka "Nate", started design as a hobby, and eventually turned his passion into a career. With his vast knowledge of graphics and web development, Nate has the ability to code in 8 different computer languages, and is proficient in raster, vector, and most 3D programs.

At ISD, Nate is responsible for designing the graphic aspects of the sets, like table felts and sponsor banners. He is also responsible for bringing renderings to life by texturing, lighting, and adding camera animation in a 3D environment.

Mark Dowling

, Project Manager / Graphic Artist

Mark Dowling, is the most recent addition to the ISD team as Project Manager / Graphic Artist - responsible for managing and developing the graphical and business assets for the company.

Mark joined Show Partners in 2006 where he worked in the Production department as a Production Coordinator and Production Manager on shows for a variety of leading networks. With Mark's background in art & business, and an education in computer animation, it was a natural progression for Mark to join the ranks of ISD.
